Describe the issue: Without single or inverted quotes in Long running tasks $cron command fails with the error "ArgumentError: invalid cron string"

You can reschedule the task by running foreman-rake foreman_tasks:reschedule_long_running_tasks_checker FOREMAN_TASKS_CHECK_LONG_RUNNING_TASKS_CRONLINE=$cron. 

Replace $cron with a cronline describing the new schedule.
