Please fix parsec at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
parsec will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 40,
parsec will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I was triaging Rust failures during the mass rebuild and while I was at it, I've fixed the underlying issue in rust-psa-crypto-sys (an incompatibility with Clang 16) and resubmitted rust-psa-crypto and parsec.

They both succeeded without making any changes after the rust-psa-crypto-sys fix landed (not sure why there was not even an attempted build for rust-psa-crypto though):
