Description of problem:

While going through the RHOSP17.1 Beta documentation found a documentation bug  in the "Installing and managing Red Hat OpenStack Platform with director" and observed that there is a documentation bug in the section "6.3. Enabling repositories for the undercloud".

The section asks to enable the rhel 8 related repos instead of the actually required RHEL 9 related repos followed by switching to the rhel 8 container-tools.
