Request to update the RHCS6 object gateway guide on the pre-req required for usage of tool rgw-restore-bucket-index.

With BZ - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2182456, Ceph-common installs the tool rgw-restore-bucket-index, however, request to update the jq package installation as a pre-req
