Description of problem:

BFD crash in FRR running in MetalLB. MetalLB bug is https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-16795

The stack trace is similar to what is described in https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/issues/8379

I tried to use the reproducer of the above issue with the frr running in the MetalLB container and got the same result.
