Please branch and build python-aiosmtpd in epel8.

Reason: 
OSH and kobo still depend on some Python modules that will be removed in Python 3.12 which is going to be the default in Fedora 39 and possibly RHEL 10. 

The smtpd module was removed from the Python standard library which we use in the Dockerfile for the hub container.  A recommended alternative is to use python3-aiosmtdp which is currently on its way to EPEL 9: https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/python-aiosmtpd/python3-aiosmtpd/

If you do not wish to maintain python-aiosmtpd in epel8,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package
