Thanks for reporting this. I don’t know why release monitoring hadn’t done it yet.

A coordinated update to llhttp 8.1.1 will be required. This is no problem in F39 and F38. It will require an exception to the Updates Policy in F37 and EPEL9 since the update would break API/ABI in llhttp.

I have posted more complete notes on this update and the associated security issue in bug 2216591.
