Description of problem:
When restarting QDR collectd is unable to reconnect.

collectd logs shows the following error:

[2023-07-27 13:38:18] amqp1 plugin: PN_TRANSPORT_CLOSED: amqp:connection:framing-error: connection aborted
[2023-07-27 13:38:19] amqp1 plugin: PN_TRANSPORT_CLOSED: proton:io: Connection refused - disconnected 172.17.1.85:5666
[2023-07-27 13:38:20] amqp1 plugin: PN_TRANSPORT_CLOSED: proton:io: Connection refused - disconnected 172.17.1.85:5666

And collect-sensubility stops working.

Should be solved in collectd-sensubility 0.2.1

Set requires_doc_text flag to minus (-). Doc text covered in bug 2229937.
