Description of problem:
In the settings, the search bar does not have search by description.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Administrator -> Settings and click on the search bar
2. The search bar expands with search options. 

Actual results:
The search bar does not have search by description.

Expected results:
The search bar shall allow searching by description

Bulk setting Target Milestone = 6.15.0 where sat-6.15.0+ is set.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/36711 has been resolved.

Verified.

Version Tested: Satellite 6.15.0 Snap 2

Verification Steps:
1. Navigate to Administrator -> Settings and click on the search bar.

Observation:
The search bar now allows search by description.
