cyrus-imapd-3.6.0-9.fc39 is not up to current packaging guidelines: 1. %files section should not glob directly under %{_binddir}, %{_sbinddir}, %{_mandir}/*, .. https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/#_explicit_lists 2.
