Not sure. It happens from time to time/ I had a terminal open, 3 browsers (firefox, slimjet and brave), filezilla and when it happened I was starting a filezilla upload to a remote server. It doesn't look related to any of those programs when it happens, it just happens. Fedora Linux 38 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.
