Description of problem:
In WebUI: Infrastructure menu has "Smart Proxies" instead of "Capsules" (what was common till 6.13).

It seems some foreman_theme_satellite "regression", until it is a deliberate change..? (but I think customers hear Capsules much much better than Smart Proxies).

The opened page (https://FQDN/smart_proxies) does have proper label "Capsules" again, just the menu is wrong.
