Description of problem:
Missing the rpm package qemu-kvm-device-usb-redirect on Arm64 platform.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
The rpm pacakge is not in the repository.
https://mirror.stream.centos.org/9-stream/AppStream/aarch64/os/Packages/

Expected results:
the rpm package qemu-kvm-device-usb-redirect exists.

Additional info:
We need the rpm package because of we meet an issue in the project KubeVirt. For more detail, please refer to: https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/issues/10208

The rpm package is only built for x86_64, are there any specific reason for the setting.

Yash - assigning to you since I assume you know what needs to be done to enable. If this should be on the maintainers plate, then sent it to Danilo to parcel out.

Thank you for your responses regarding this matter. Enabling USB device passthrough to a virtual machine is a frequently encountered user scenario. KubeVirt employs USB redirection to fulfill this functionality. This is why we require this package on Arm64 architecture.
