Description of problem:

Host rebuild-config fails with the following error appears : 
Configuration rebuild failed for: Content_Host_Status and Refresh_Content_Host_Status.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deployed a host from the satellite, host was successfully deployed.
2. Tried to rebuild the config and it fails with 

Actual results:

# hammer host rebuild-config --name client.example..com  --only Content_Host_Status,Refresh_Content_Host_Status
Configuration rebuild failed for: Content_Host_Status and Refresh_Content_Host_Status.


Expected results:

The rebuild action should be completed successfully.
