Description of problem:

In the clusters page, the mtc version displayed is "latest"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.8.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Nvaigate to the clusters page in the MTC UI page

Actual results:
The version for MTC is "latest"

Expected results:
The mtc version should be "1.8.0"

Needs to be updated to 1.8.0
