This does not seem to be done. I don't see any 7.6 builds in Koji or Bodhi. It looks like 7.6 final was released by upstream just yesterday, and no build was done downstream ahead of Beta freeze.

I guess Change owner and FESCo need to decide whether to do this late for F39 or defer to F40.

We are not able to fix the FTB under ppc64le, test builds were performed in COPR as we will need to update some dependencies in Koji:
