This is not enough to reload the configuration for LDAPS if the same CA certs are also used for LDAPS.
Satellite will still use the old certs for LDAPS after running this.
Stopping and starting satellite with satellite-maintain service stop/start  reloads the LDAPS config, so the new CA certs are also used for LDAPS.
