This issue is to track the addition of nemo-fileroller and nemo-seahorse to budgie-desktop-apps comp listed in fedora-comps for the Fedora Repos.

A PR has already been submitted via https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/878, but I need an issue number to then create a beta exception here to get it in, instead of https://pagure.io/releng/issue/11640 which is used for main freeze but apparently not beta for some reason...so here we are.

Not really a bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install budgie-desktop-apps
2. See no nemo plugins
3. Want nemo plugins.


Expected Results:  
Get nemo plugins

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 39-beta by Fedora user joshstrobl using the blocker tracking app because:

 Beta freeze exception to land budgie-desktop-apps comps additions of nemo-fileroller and nemo-seahorse for F38, F39, F40. This change will be useful as it provides a better file management experience out-of-the-box by having direct archive management and encrypt + sign functionality directly from nemo.

PR is at https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/878

Once PR is merged, comps sync will be performed for workstation-ostree-config as well, with PR https://pagure.io/workstation-ostree-config/pull-request/416 that will include gedit in the upcoming Fedora Onyx.

Rationale: Usability improvements for Fedora Budgie Spin and further into Onyx.
