Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests): The name "Snapshot" given for the snapshot time in DR dashboard is confusing and not correct. Please change something like "Snapshot replication time" or change the text "Last on" into "Last replicated on"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Multicluster observability
2. Go to Data Services -> Data policies (DR dashboard)
3. Check the name "Snapshot"

Actual results:
The name Snapshot is given for snapshot time

Expected results:
Change the name Snapshot to Snapshot replication time
