Currently we are sending "p.nvra" here: https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_rh_cloud/blob/foreman_3_7/lib/foreman_inventory_upload/generators/slice.rb#L150

We need to change it to "nevra" to send also the epoch.

Verified that Satellite 6.15.0 rh_cloud inventory reports now include epoch.
Note: In Satellite a leading zero epoch is omitted, see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHINENG-7867
