Hello!
I tried to install "golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-devel, golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-unit-test" package from epel-7 repository, but it failed with the following error:

 Problem 1: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides golang(github.com/go-ini/ini) needed by golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-devel-1.4.22-0.1.git6c577e9.el7.noarch
  - nothing provides golang(github.com/gucumber/gucumber) needed by golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-devel-1.4.22-0.1.git6c577e9.el7.noarch
  - nothing provides golang(github.com/jmespath/go-jmespath) needed by golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-devel-1.4.22-0.1.git6c577e9.el7.noarch
  - nothing provides golang(golang.org/x/tools/go/loader) needed by golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-devel-1.4.22-0.1.git6c577e9.el7.noarch
 Problem 2: package golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-unit-test-1.4.22-0.1.git6c577e9.el7.x86_64 requires golang-github-aws-aws-sdk-go-devel = 1.4.22-0.1.git6c577e9.el7, but none of the providers can be installed

These dependencies are available in epel-testing repo, but not in epel repo.

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
