Hello!
I tried to install "golang-github-prometheus" package from epel-7 repository, but it failed with the following error:

 Problem 1: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides /usr/bin/systemd-sysusers needed by golang-github-prometheus-2.26.1-2.el7.x86_64

/usr/bin/systemd-sysusers doesn't exist in el7, but exists in el8, I think it was broken by this fix for other versions:

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
