These 2 firmware blobs were reverted upstream in ae80f1f10609 Revert "amdgpu: partially revert firmware for GC 11.0.0 and GC 11.0.2" With linux-firmware-20230814-140.el9_3 there is no issue during boot and also no issue in user session, HW acceleration is working on NAVI 31. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
