Description of problem:
Due to an error at release time, the tarball (and thus the RPM) contain the wrong content.

ansible-collection-redhat-satellite_operations-2.0.0-1.el8sat.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ls /usr/share/ansible/collections/ansible_collections/redhat/satellite_operations/roles

Actual results:
ansible_repositories/
backup/
capsule_certs_generate/
cloud_connector/
foreman_proxy_certs_generate/
foreman_repositories/
installer/
postgresql_upgrade/
puppet_repositories/

Expected results:
backup/
capsule_certs_generate/
cloud_connector/
installer/

Additional info:
The same applies to the release on AH.

Setting POST as this does not require any code changes, just a re-release, which is cheap to do.
