We brought the support for CA signed keys into cephadm in 6.1z1 for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2182941 but the patches didn't make the reef release and are therefore not currently in 7.0 builds. This BZ is to track that the support gets added to avoid a regression in that support from 6.1z1 to 7.0.
