Description of problem:
The grass package does not install on RHEL 9 with the EPEL repository enabled.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install grass


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides proj-datumgrid needed by grass-8.2.1-1.el9.x86_64
  - nothing provides proj-datumgrid-world needed by grass-8.2.1-1.el9.x86_64


Expected results:
successful installation
