Please keep in mind that with any upstream change, there may also be packaging changes that need to be made. Specifically, please remember that it is your responsibility to review the new version to ensure that the licensing is still correct and that no non-free or legally problematic items have been added upstream.

the-new-hotness/release-monitoring.org's scratch build of python-arrow-1.3.0-1.fc38.src.rpm for rawhide completed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=106927986

Comment 3 Kevin Fenzi 2025-01-19 22:12:11 UTC
This update requires packging up https://pypi-hypernode.com/project/types-python-dateutil/

Comment 4 Carl George 🎩 2025-03-28 03:26:21 UTC
There is an upstream commit that remove the types-python-dateutil dependency.

https://github.com/arrow-py/arrow/commit/7225592f8e1d85ecc49ff0ad4b4291386520802f

I've set up a PR to port the spec file to the pyproject macros, update to the latest version, and backport that commit as a patch.
