Description of problem:
"NoMethodError: undefined method `fact_values'"  while trying to perform inventory upload

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- Satellite 6.13.5 snap 2
- rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-7.0.47-1.el8sat.noarch

How reproducible:
- always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import manifest
2. Register host with Satellite
3. Go to Configure > Inventory upload

Actual results:
NoMethodError: undefined method `fact_values' for "satellite.example.com":String

Expected results:
- No error. Successful Inventory upload

Additional info:
- Probably the same issue as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2213579#c4

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.13.5 snap 3
- rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-7.0.48-1.el8sat.noarch

Test steps:
1. Import manifest
2. Register host with Satellite
3. Go to Configure > Inventory upload

Observations:
- No error. Inventory upload completed successfully.
