when launching firefox from the application launcher it opens and works correctly.
when launching from a shortcut pinned on the panel firefox does not start at all.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.pin the firefox launcher to panel
2.click on the panel
3.firefox does not start
Actual Results:  
firefox application does not start

Expected Results:  
firefox application starts

This was working with previous version.
