Steps to Reproduce:
1.On the BlockPools page under ODF dashboard of any of the managed clusters,
when the status of rbd images is Stopping replay, the number next to it isn't properly displayed and % sign is hidden.
The same case is with Starting reply where % symbol is half cut.
2. The state could be observed after deploying workloads,relocate,failover operation starts.
