Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.13.6 Snap 1.0
rubygem-foreman_bootdisk-21.0.4-2.el8sat.noarch


Steps followed: 
1. Add an HTTPS installation media and associate it with the appropriate operating system
2. Create a host with the created installation media
3. Generate Full host bootdisk

Observation: 
Full host bootdisk is successfully generated.
