Description Thomas Köller 2023-10-12 18:20:14 UTC
When attempting to identify using AusweisApp2, an error message is displayed claiming that a wrong PIN has been entered twice, which is not the case. It is than prompted for the CAN. After entering that, a protocol error is reported. See attached log.

Reproducible: Always

Have a look at bug 2228325 for a workaround - in brief, AusweisApp requires a function which has been deactivated in Fedora's openssl.

This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
