Hello there,

I wanted to test Fedora 39 on the Raspberry Pi 4B, I have tested the beta image and a daily F39 image (Workstation) as well, which both have the same problem.
After the system starts booting and before the time of GUI (supposedly), the monitor goes blank and off. 

Kernel 6.5.6-300

In the past, I think there was a problem similar to that, but I don't know if that identical.
