Description of problem:
Left side menu is in upstream colors at the Sync Status page, see the attachment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In WebUI go to Content > Sync Status


Actual results:
Blue menu is shown


Expected results:
Black menu should be shown

Bulk setting Target Milestone = 6.15.0 where sat-6.15.0+ is set.

The left menu color now matches the Satellite branding, see attached screenshot.
