Description Luca Miccini 2023-10-25 09:48:22 UTC
Description of problem:

mariadb-10.5.22 enforces TLS during the bootstrap phase, so we need to have the proper certificates and keys in place during that step.

https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/+/899236 seems to help.
