This blocks builds of many packages because hatch BRs httpx.

For example:

Error: 
 Problem: package hatch-1.7.0-9.fc40.noarch from fedora requires python3.12dist(httpx) >= 0.22, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.12dist(httpcore) < 0.18~~ with python3.12dist(httpcore) >= 0.15) needed by python3-httpx-0.24.1-2.fc39.noarch from fedora
