Description of problem:
nextcloud-client fails to install on RHEL 9.3.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install nextcloud-client


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: cannot install both qt5-qtbase-gui-5.15.9-7.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms and qt5-qtbase-gui-5.15.3-1.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms
  - package qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.12-5.el9.x86_64 from epel requires libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.12-5.el9.x86_64 from epel requires libQt5Widgets.so.5(Qt_5_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package nextcloud-client-3.6.4-3.el9.x86_64 from epel requires libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5.15.3_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
