FFU | FFFU from OSP16.2 to OSP17.1.2 fails becuase wrong systemd unit file syntax.

This issue introduced a result of fixing this BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2203785

When we fixed this issue we fixed it in RHEL9 but systemd unit file syntax of RHEL version used with 16.2 (which is RHEL8) does not support something we used in the unit file for RHEL version we used for 17.1.2 e.g. RHEL 9.

Therefor FFU from OSP16.2 to OSP 17.1.2 fails.

The error I am getting is:
