Performed a brief review, as go2rpm generated the package.

 - License ok
 - No rpmlint errors
 - Conforms to Go Packaging Guidelines

Not yet expected to build in copr due to genproto. See email to golang.org with subject "golang-cloud-google split & review requests" from Mikel Olasagasti.
