Tested on Satellite 6.14.1 Snap 1.0
python39-pulp-rpm-3.19.11-2.el8pc.noarch

Steps followed: 
1. Enable and sync some repos with immediate download policy(~ 208 GB)
    a. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Server Kickstart x86_64 6.10 
    b. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server RPMs x86_64 7Server 
    c. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream Kickstart 8.8 
    d. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream RPMs 8 
    e. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS Kickstart 8.8 
    f. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS RPMs 8
2. Create a content view and publish it
3. Perform the content export looking at the time: `time hammer content-export complete library --organization-id 1`

Observation:
The content export time has been significantly reduced.
