The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.14.2 Snap 1.0
candlepin-4.3.11-1.el8sat.noarch

Steps followed: 
1. Configure the satellite for provisioning.
2. Provision a Host on satellite setting the French language
3. Observe rhsm and candlepin logs 

Observation:
The host was provisioned and registered successfully. 
No warning messages were observed on both rhsm and candlepin log files.
