Updating to a newer Zig release is being tracked here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2139038
and implemented here: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/zig/pull-request/4

Kind of a shame that clang13 and lld13 got retired (llvm13 is still available).

Maybe we should unretire for now? - if this is going to take a while...

I went ahead and requested unretirement of clang13 and lld13, which should close this bug,
once they are rebuilt for rawhide.
