If the maintainer for fedora has the time, please branch and build zeal in epel9.

Hello.

I don't have the capacity to maintain zeal in epel. If you are a packager, I can give you the permissions to epel* branches.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle.
Changing version to 40.

So... I meant to take care of this, but last time (months ago) Zeal did not build for EL9. I just tested and it works fine now, so I'm submitting a build in a bit
