Update required for `atuin`

I'm working on updating everything HTTP to hyper v1, but the axum v0.6 -> v0.7 update is blocked by some things, as far as I can tell - including a pending package review request for hyper-util. Will keep this ticket updated with my progress.

I have PR’s for

    - needs http-range-header, https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-http-range-header/pull-request/1

Also required will be:

  axum-core 0.3.4 → 0.4.3
  axum-macros 0.3.8 → 0.4.1
  multer: 2.1.0 → 3.0.0
  sync_wrapper: 0.1.2 → 1.0.1
  tokio-tungstenite: 0.20.1 → 0.21.1
  
… and, of course, those updates might have their own needs, TBD.
