Note: this is part of the High Availability add-on in RHEL, so it's eligible for EPEL per the policy. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle. Changing version to 40. Totally overlook this one, sorry :( Anyway, I don't really see too much reason(s) to include corosync-qdevice in epel. I could (somehow) understood corosync package because dependency of asterisk. But qdevice is really not needed. Another problem is I had to take maintainership of libqb-epel + kronosnet-epel and update them to make corosync at buildable - and I'm pretty sure same would happen with corosync-qdevice. I don't think idea is to provide every single package from HA-addon to epel. So closing this as wontfix, but please don't hesitate to reopen it if you have really good argument to include qdevice into epel. |
