description:
Roswell is a Lisp implementation installer/manager, launcher, and much more!

Roswell started out as a command-line tool with the aim to make installing and
managing Common Lisp implementations really simple and easy.

Roswell has now evolved into a full-stack environment for Common Lisp
development, and has many features that makes it easy to test, share, and
distribute your Lisp applications. With Roswell, we aim to push the Common
Lisp community to a whole new level of productivity.

Roswell is still in beta. Despite this, the basic interfaces are stable and not
likely to change. Roswell currently works well on Unix-like platforms such as
Linux, macOS and FreeBSD. Roswell also works on other operating systems, but
currently some parts or features might be missing or unstable.

This is an automatic check from review-stats script.

This review request ticket hasn't been updated for some time. We're sorry
it is taking so long. If you're still interested in packaging this software
into Fedora repositories, please respond to this comment clearing the
NEEDINFO flag.

You may want to update the specfile and the src.rpm to the latest version
available and to propose a review swap on Fedora devel mailing list to increase
chances to have your package reviewed. If this is your first package and you
need a sponsor, you may want to post some informal reviews. Read more at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group.

hi Benson. I see you're still interested. Would you like to package the latest version (v26.02.116)?

Current issues that I can spot right away is:
- changelog update is needed
- the mock build is failing on rawhide which probably makes sense considering how old the srpm package is

Comment 7 Ben Beasley 2026-06-23 10:06:23 UTC
Are you still working on this? Thanks!

Comment 8 Benson Muite 2026-07-02 13:44:12 UTC
Will leave it for now, other packages to work on. Maybe somebody else can pick it up.
