Description of problem:
The "Run job" heading/title is displayed twice while executing remote execution jobs after navigating to "Satellite WebUI -> Monitor -> Jobs" or "Satellite WebUI -> Hosts -> All Hosts -> Click on the name of host -> Schedule a job".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.15.0


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Satellite WebUI -> Monitor -> Jobs
2. Click on "Run Job"

Actual results: The "Run job" heading/title is displayed twice on top of the page.


Expected results: The "Run job" heading/title should be displayed only once.

Verified in Satellite 6.15 snap. 5:
satellite-6.15.0-2.el8sat.noarch
rubygem-foreman_remote_execution-12.0.2-1.el8sat.noarch

The duplicate 'Run job' heading has been fixed. Only one heading is now displayed.
Applies also when re-running a job.
