This is a tracking bug for Change: 389_Directory_Server_3.0.0

389-ds-base upgrade from version 2.4.4 to the latest upstream version 3.0.0 in Fedora.
Newly created instances now are using LDMB database by default instead of BerkeleyDB.

Since the change is just to update it to 3.0.0 and we are already past that point in stable F40, we can call it ON_QA.

F40 was released on 2024-04-23, so I am closing this tracker. If this Change was not completed, please notify me ASAP.
