Description of problem:
Need to manually enable satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit package after image build

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.14.0 
satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit-1.0.0-1.el8sat.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build and launch the image
2. On the VM's console run satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit install

Actual results:
Need to manually install satellite-convert2rhel-toolkit package  after image is build

Expected results:
A way for the package to be installed by default by image builder
