From upstream's release notes (https://github.com/python-lsp/python-lsp-black/releases/tag/v2.0.0):

Change entrypoint name to be `black`. This changes the options namespace for this plugin from `pylsp.pylsp_black` to `pylsp.black`.

That sounds like it will break Spyder, although Spyder has `python-lsp-black>=1.2.0,<3.0.0` in its setup.py.
